The Lost Generation Strikes a Cord

Click play on the video and be prepared to feel depressed for the first 52 seconds.  The video is based on an Argentinean political advertisement called The Truth.  The inspiration it gave this video pushed The Lost Generation into viral status. Metroamv is equally surprised with the attention of late but these things happen and we should chalk another one up for the sleeper category.  

The video was added November 30th 2007 but only recently stopped wasting time and jumped over the 4 million mark.  We can thank YouTube for creating the opportunity for these little gold nuggets hiding out all over the place.  TV has the unfortunate pattern of broadcasting flash in the pan type content that ends up in a vault somewhere underground where Ethernet cables can’t be connected.  God forbid anyone should ever see their content without a carefully planned rerun slot being opened up.  

Enough badgering though, the video takes literature, music and creativity to compelling heights.  At 53 seconds you suddenly get a tingle when your brain clicks in on the secret that makes this video a wonderful piece of media.
